SEEKING SOLUTIONS

Spas and pools are known for high energy consumption, wasting water, plastic use, among other environmental issues that can contribute to the pollution of our rivers, streams, lakes, and oceans. However, there are ways to manage these issues,
and this idea is what motivated Karine Hébert to turn her company around.
The Company, instead of offering new parts or constant water replacement, would offer repair, improvement and maintenance services for Spas, as well as create awareness regarding proper drainage for waste water of pools and Spas.

My participation in the project was objective and functional. What we tried to do here was to find the correct and viable way to communicate with their target audience, as well as finding eco-friendly materials to present it.

One of its most important projects was the
“BEST PRACTICE GUIDELINES FOR RESPONSIBLE DRAINAGE”
It was created because many Spa owners had little knowledge about water maintenance or were not aware of the regulations that govern proper discharge of wastewater. This project was created with the collaboration of Karine Hebert and the "LAC MCGILL" association.

BUSINESS CARDS:
Techni-K’s target audience ranges from 25 to 70 years old; therefore, the business cards had to be easy to read and trendy,
which we achieved by using a proportional font and a QR code.

STICKERS:
We created labels to be plastered directly in the Spas’ motors, for a more personalized and effective follow-up, as well as to be able to quickly check the service warranty.

WEBSITE:
The company’s website did not convey the brand’s social and technological values, for that reason we proposed relaunching the website, focusing in the target audience and also adding easier access to contact information and making the practical guide ready to download and/or share.

WRAP VEHICLE:
Atelier Mobile Techni-K is, as the name says, a mobile service company, and they have a mini-trailer that displays the colors of the brand to make them easy to identify. The objective was to make the vehicle and the trailer match by using their corporate colors but without making it a totally corporate vehicle. So we decided to put the logo on the driver’s side, and the rest was wrapped in a black to white gradient.
